Recipe: Beach Plum Iced Tea
3 Tea Bags of Green Tea or Black Tea
Water for boiling
4 tablespoons of Hampton Beach Plum Company Wild Beach Plum Syrup
Boil 8 cups of water. Turn off heat shortly after reaching a boil. Steep tea bags in hot water for at least 3-5 minutes and then remove them (tea will become bitter if you leave them in too long). Add a 4 tablespoons of beach plum syrup to water while it is still hot and stir. Once water has cooled, transfer it to a larger pitcher and place it in the fridge. Once fully chilled, serve over ice. If needed, add additional syrup or cold water to reach desired sweetness.
